How are the shipping charges calculated?

Within New Zealand

Flat delivery fee of NZD$9.90 for orders under NZD$70; FREE for orders NZD$70 and over.
Shipped via PostHaste courier.
A physical address is required. We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

To Australia

Express Delivery: AUD$16.99 for orders under AUD$99; FREE for orders AUD$99 and over.
Standard Delivery: AUD$12.99 for orders under AUD$99; FREE for orders AUD$99 and over.
A physical delivery address is required. A signature may be requested upon receipt.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes

To Singapore

Flat shipping rate of SGD$11.99 on all orders under SGD$150; FREE for orders SGD$150 and over.
Shipped via NZ Post international services, with delivery options available at checkout.
A physical delivery address is required. A signature may be requested upon receipt.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes

To Other International Destinations

Shipping charges are calculated by NZ Post based on the weight of your order and delivery distance.
Available services:
- International Airpost (non-tracked) - cost-effective standard shipping
- International Courier / Express Courier (tracked) - faster delivery options at additional cost
Shipping charges are additional to product prices listed on the site.
Note: Any import duties or tariffs incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

How soon will my order be processed?

For all shipments please allow 24 hrs for processing before the order is shipped. Same day shipping is not available. Orders are processed on business days only. Any orders placed after processing or on the weekend will be processed the following business day and shipped the day after.

How long is the delivery time to my address?

Within New Zealand:

Orders will be sent via PostHaste courier for delivery within 1-2 business days.
Normal delivery will be within 24 hours but allow up to 2 days in outlying areas.

Within Australia:

Express Service: 1-4 business days.
Standard Service: 2-8 business days.

International:

Via International Air (non-tracked service), NZPost delivery target is 3-12 business days.
Via International Courier (tracked service), NZPost delivery target is 2-6 business days.
Via International Express Courier (tracked service), NZPost delivery target is 1-5 business days.
These times are guide only and can be subject to variables such as border clearance/customs processing.
